SIZING

How do I know what size to order for my player?

In Addition To Size Reference Charts Provided To You, Sizing Samples Are Also Available At Our Kombat Soccer Team Department in West Sacramento Location. Sizing Can Be Done At Any Time During Open Hours, No Appointment Necessary. FYI: Our Team department is not a retail store. our space For Sizing Is Limited at this Location. To Avoid Overcrowding, If You Come In To Size, We Kindly Ask For Only The Player And Their Guardian To Be Present. Thank You.

If I bring my player to size at Kombat Soccer Team Department, can I place my order there as well?

No; All Orders Will Still Need To Be Placed Online. We Will Provide You With A Sizing Sheet For You To Record The Players’ Decided Sizing Preferences So That You May Use It For Reference When Placing Your Online Order. We will be happy to answer any questions you might have and assist you in navigating the process.

IF YOU CHOOSE…

  1. Team Manager/Coach Pick up (Team Order)

    Your Order Will Be Picked Up By Your Team’s Manager And Or Coach For Distribution. Note: For Timely Order Turnarounds, Please Ensure ALL Players Place An Online Order At Your Earliest Convenience. Our Team Employees Will Not Begin Processing A Team’s Order Until ALL Players Have Placed Their Order. Teamwork Makes The Dreamwork! Team Orders Have A Four-Week Processing Timeframe.

  2. Shipping (Individual Order)

    When Purchasing Your Online Order, You Can Elect To Pay A Flat Shipping Fee Of $14.00. We Primarily Ship Through UPS Which Delivers In 1-2 Days Throughout Northern California. Please Avoid Entering PO Box Addresses, As UPS Can Only Deliver To Residential Addresses. Once Your Order Is Complete And Ready To Ship, You Will Receive An Email Notification With UPS Tracking. Please Note That It Might Take Up To 24 Hours For UPS To Update The Tracking Information Once The Package Leaves Our Shipping Dock.  Please note that shipping time is different from processing times. Please refer to your club uniform front page for processing times.

  3. Team Department @ West Sacramento pick-up (Individual Order)

    You Will Receive An Email Notifying You That Your Order Is Ready For Pick-Up. We Ask That You Do Not Come By Until You Receive This Notification. Note: When Arriving For Pick-Up, We Ask That You Please Have Your Order Number And Club Name Ready To Provide Us With So That We Can Easily Locate The Appropriate Order. Team Name Alone Will Not Suffice.

What does it mean if the items I ordered are “backordered”?

If A Product You Have Ordered Is Not In Stock, It Is Considered A Backordered Item. Items On Backorder Are Not Controlled By Kombat. If Our Manufacturers Are Out Of Stock For A Certain Duration Of Time, We Have No Control Over The Amount Of Product Maintained By These Companies.

If only one item of my entire order is on backorder, will it delay my receiving of my entire order?

If You Would Like To Receive All Available Items Beforehand, You Are Eligible For Pick-Up At Our West Sacramento Warehouse Location. If You Would Like The Available Items To Be Shipped, You Will Need To Pay An Additional Shipping Charge.
